The Fall 2016 FaithHealth Magazine focuses on “Connectors.” These heroes have a unique mix of expertise — knowledge of community resources, respect and trust within the community, and most of all, the desire to serve.

There are currently 29 FaithHealth Connectors in 19 counties of North Carolina. As of September 2016 these connectors and affiliated FaithHealth volunteer have had 1,300 caregiving encounters, 1134 hours in caregiving service and 311 congregational partners. See who’s a connector in your county.
