Dr. Cutts or “TC” has been a leader in facilitating over 25 Community Health Assets Mapping Partnership workshops in both the US and Africa, since 2007. She is an IRHAP member, Leading Causes of Life Fellow and is serving as the academic liaison to the WFBH FaithHealth Division, particularly FaithHealth Innovation. Jessica Chapman, MDiv, Chaplain Resident, WFBH. A native of San Diego, California, Jessica Chapman recently received her Master of Divinity degree at Wake Forest University School of Divinity and is now a Chaplain Resident at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Jessica believes in advocating, loving, and caring for all people. She served as report writer for the East Winston mapping workshops in summer 2014.
Linda Batiz Dorton, MBA, MHA; Manager, Language Services, Wake Forest Baptist Health. Linda Batiz Dorton is a manager in Language Serves at WFBH. She served as a bi-lingual scribe, reporter and translator for the Hispanic mapping workshops in Forsyth county, summer 2014 and helped arrange for volunteers to aid in all workshops.
Bridget Hochwalt, BA. Bridget Hochwalt is a recent Wake Forest University graduate and summer research assistant with FaithHealthNC. She is currently serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA member working with after-school programs in Winston-Salem, NC. She served as the primary report writer for the Hispanic mapping workshops in Forsyth county, summer 2014.
Beth Kennett, M.Div., Network Coordinator, FaithHealthNC, WFBH
Rev. Beth Kennett is a network coordinator at FaithHealthNC. Beth has an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, an M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She helped facilitate mapping workshops in Forsyth, McDowell and Randolph county in 2014.
Maria Jones, M.Div., Patient Navigator, chaplain and minister. Rev. Maria Teresa Jones is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and Associate Pastor at Wentz Memorial UCC in Winston Salem. She also works as the Hispanic Clinical Trial Patient Navigator in the Comprehensive Cancer Center of Wake Forest University and co-facilitated the four Hispanic mapping workshops conducted in the summer of 2014 in Forsyth County.
Sarah Langdon, MPH, CHES. Sarah Langdon, MPH, CHES is a Project Manager for the Maya Angelou Center for Health Equity (MACHE) at Wake Forest School of Medicine and a Certified Health Education Specialist. On the mapping team, she served as a translator during the Hispanic mapping in summer 2014 and aided in the facilitation and scribing process.
Francis Rivers Meza, M.Div., Chaplain and FaithHealthNC Liaison, WFBH. Chaplain and Rev. Francis Rivers Meza is a Minister of the Word and Sacrament, PC (USA), and a member of Salem Presbytery. He currently serves at the Moderator of the Steering Committee of El Buen Pastor Presbyterian Church and was a co-facilitator for the four Hispanic mapping events held in July 2014.
Rita Pichardo-Geisinger, MD
Dr. Pichardo-Geisenger is an Assistant Professor, Dermatology, with appointments in the Maya Angelou Center for Health Equity and Center for Worker Health. In the mapping process in summer 2014, she served as scribe, report translator and writer.
Jennifer Udom, BA. Jennifer Udom currently is a medical student at Wake Forest School of Medicine (class of 2016). Her interests include access to care and patient education/advocacy. She plans practice medicine while holding a place in administration that allows her to affect policy and outreach to the benefit of patients. She served as a scribe for the mapping events in 2014 in Forsyth county.
