The Forever Letter: Writing What We Believe for Those We Love
This event features Rabbi Elana Zaiman, author of The Forever Letter. Zaiman is the first woman rabbi from a family spanning six generations of rabbis. She is adjunct faculty at Seattle’s Harborview Hospital CPE program and chaplain at The Summit at First Hill, a retirement community in Seattle. She is also the Ethics & Spirituality columnist for LivFun, a publication for Leisure Care retirement facilities and has been published in The Gettysburg Review, The Sun, Post Road, American Letters & Commentary and others.
Zaiman will be our guide on a journey into forever letters—what they are, why write them, and how they can be a powerful tool to authentically connect us with ourselves and with the people we love. She will also speak to how we can use forever letters in our ministries to help people deepen, heal and uplift their relationships.
You are invited to enjoy lunch with us.
RSVP no later than Thursday, August 29 to Robin Danner: [email protected]
Information about directions and free parking will be sent after you RSVP. The first 20 to RSVP receive a free copy of Rabbi Zaiman’s book! You must be present to receive your free book.
We look forward to seeing you there!
