Evening Work Session and Forum

August 21, 6pm to 8pm

Goodwill Industries of NW NC Self-Reliance Hall

Free and open to the public

The Partnership For Prosperity, an initiative focused on poverty alleviation in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County, is currently hosting conversations pertaining to 6 major topics which were identified within the Poverty Thought Force: Housing, Health, Hunger, Education, Workforce Development, and the overarching issue of Transportation.

The session on Wednesday, August 21st 2019 from 6 pm-8 pm pm at Goodwill Industries of NW NC is on Health and Poverty Alleviation. This will be an opportunity for community members to evaluate current recommendations found within the Poverty Thought Force report which pertain to health and suggesting new innovative suggestions on how health can work to alleviate poverty in our community.
