NC MedAssist’s Over the Counter Medicine Give Away!

FREE items include cold, cough and flue medicine, Band-Aids, pain and allergy relief, vitamins and children’s medicine, and much more!

Wake Forest Baptist, Novant and Cardinal Innovations Healthcare are partnering with NC MedAssist to sponsor an “Over the Counter Give Away Day” in Forsyth County. It will be held on Friday, August 26th from 9 am to 2 pm at the Forsyth County Department of Public Health.
The event is designed to serve 1,500 individuals/families who cannot afford to purchase common over-the-counter medicines, many of which prevent urgent care and ED visits.
If you are interested in volunteering (150 volunteers are needed, and you do not have to be a pharmacist or pharmacy technician), please complete the volunteer application.
