The gifts to the Mother’s Day Offering and the care of Wake Forest Baptist Health had a tremendous impact on the road to healing for Betsy Simpson and Rev. Victor Church. Betsy’s financial burden after cancer surgery and chemotherapy, was relived because of the Mother’s Day Offering. Rev. Church was assisted with a portion of his medical bills from the hospital through the minister’s subsidy with funds from the Mother’s Day Offering.
