Links for bodyweight exercises and flexibility training
By Maria Teresa Jones
The human body, perhaps the best exercise equipment we possess. How do we keep it strong and flexible? Of course, nutrition, hydration, exercise, and sleep are essential to our physical wellness, but often we think that to be fit, strong, and flexible we must go to the gym.
Truthfully, exercises for strength and flexibility are not limited to the gym. We can achieve strength and flexibility even while sitting at our desks or in the comfort and privacy of our own living room.
We do not need expensive exercise equipment to achieve a healthy, strong and flexible body. In fact, our very best equipment is our body!
Bodyweight and callisthenic exercises can be performed anytime, anywhere, and in little time. A simple body weight routine of 30 minutes a day is all you need to begin your journey to body wellness.
And of course, if these simple exercises do not appeal to you, turn your music on and dance your way to wholeness!
