Join the North Carolina Black Alliance and our community-based partners for our second annual Statewide Health Fair on August 26. Community is where so many of us find our roots of support and is the core of progress to lead healthier lives for our mind, body, and soul. This year’s event will feature a program focused on Advancing Health Equity in our Communities in the morning. The program will be followed by an afternoon of un, wellness and community.
We’re excited to offer 12 health fair sites across the state. Find the health fair site near you and register today! The first 100 to register per site will receiver a gift at the event.
